Phebe has grown up in Lubbock and graduated from Monterey High School. She has been in the business for 23 years. She recently won the award for Top Producer of the year for the Texas Mortgage Bankers association. She enjoys traveling with her husband, Shawn, to their lake house and spending time with her niece and nephews.
